This phenomenon has aroused immediate concern and widespread discussion among the general public As is the case with many issues, self-employment has both positive and negative sides. On the positive side, self-employment is indeed much more flexible and time-saving since you can arrange your time as you please and you can do many private things, such as having a family or developingahobby. Another important advantage is that nothing except selfemployed jobs can stimulate one's motivation and tap one's potential. On the negative side, the self-employed job is likely to increase the work pressure. What's worse, if the selfemployed job goes wrong, you may be in danger of going bust. In my eyes, it is true that the option of working for oneself is currently popular with a wide range of people. However, due to its disadvantages as well as the different natures of various jobs you should think twice before you make the decision.
