How Can We Contribute to the Environmental Protection? Nowadays, the number of people who are concerned about the issue of environmental protection is growing increasingly. Since our daily life has been deeply affected, it is time for us to realize that everyone is responsible for environmental pollution and has duty to protect environment. A set of measures should be effectively taken as soon as possible in order to deal with this global problem. The government has started to implement environmental protection-policies. First. they makealarge number of public service advertisements to improve people's awareness of environmental protection. Second, some big cities are to ban vehicles with odd-numbered license plates on alternate days to save energy and reduce carbon emission, which in part, result in the global warming and climate changing --- page 14 --- For me, I feel compelled to make my own contributions. Firstly, I took public transportations instead of driving private car. Secondly, I developed the habit of saving electricity, such as never leave my computer or any other electronic devices being charged when Iwas not at home. What's more, I even recommended my relatives and friends to do so. Up to now my efforts have been working perfectly and efficiently.
